Question When will this change take effect? 
Answer Starting 24th August 2023, all requests to Templafy support are to be submitted via our support request form. 

 

Question Where can I find the new Support Request Form?
Answer

You can find the Support Request Form on our Knowledge Base. 

 

Question Do I need to do anything before I submit a request?
Answer For a better experience going forward, we recommend firstly signing up to our Templafy Knowledge base by following our guide on How to sign up as a user on the Templafy Knowledge Base.

 

Question Is there guidance on how to fill out the Support Request Form?
Answer

Please have a read through our guide on How to submit a technical support ticket to Templafy Support.

 

Question What happens to my support requests that I have already submitted via email?
Answer There will be no change to support requests that were submitted before the 24th August 2023.

 

Question Why did Templafy change their support channels?
Answer We updated our support channels to improve efficiency and reduce resolution times for any issues you may experience.

 

Question Will this change affect the quality of support I receive? 
Answer No, this change is meant to increase the quality of support we provide by ensuring that all necessary information is captured through the support request form.

 

Question What if I have additional questions or concerns about the new support process? 
Answer If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
