What Features are Supported by the Bynder Content Connector?

This article explains the features that are supported by the Bynder Content Connector.

Tenant admin/owner access
Content Connectors modules enabled
An application must be registered in Bynder via Settings > Advanced Settings > Portal settings > OAuth Apps.
- In Grant type menu, select Authorization Code + Refresh Token
- Set the Callback URL (Authorization redirect URL) to: https://public.templafy.com/integrations/oauth/login-callback
- Ensure the following scope remains checked: asset:read
- Save the changes to generate a Client ID and Client Secret

The Bynder Content Connector allows images from Bynder to be accessible by users in the Templafy task pane.

Images Library Type (both Images and Photos are included)
Search
- Search by asset name and tags
- Boolean search
Authentication:
- OAuth 2 Authorization Code Flow - Allows for user specific content
- OAuth 1 (soon to be deprecated) - Allows for global access to organization's content without user login
Ability to pull custom and AI tags from Bynder
Asset metadata pulled from Bynder:
- Name
- Tags
