Templafy Wizard is a feature that helps to create a Word document through allowing you to make simple choices. These choices provide the building blocks of the document, and enable it to easily contain relevant information. The information inserted into Templafy Wizard automatically populates the related fields in the document.
If your company has the Wizard installed, then Templafy Wizard will open automatically when Microsoft Word is opened, and a template from the pane on the right hand side is selected.
For every section in the Wizard, make a selection by clicking on the answer that is correct for the document. For example, in the contract shown above, you can select if your employee is permanent or temporary, if they will receive benefits or not, etc. These details will provide the building blocks of the document.
TIP: As soon as a choice is made, it is permanent. If the wrong choice is selected, you will need to create a new document.
When all the choices have been made, the view in the Wizard pane changes. Now, you are able to easily insert text or other data into selected paragraphs in the document through the Wizard. The sort of data inserted includes days of holiday, monthly salary, etc.
Click on the "Edit" button, and type the required text in the box shown in the Wizard view.
The editable text is marked red in the document. It will automatically be replaced with the text you have typed into the Wizard.
