About this article
This article is targeted towards Admins, who may be seeing error messages when trying to upload data sources to Company data in the Administration interface of the Templafy account.
Below are some examples of error messages and how to work around them.
Error messages
"The given key was not present in the dictionary"
This error message means, there exists a column with no name. If this message appears but you believe all columns have names, then please note there can be some hidden data outside the data area. Delete some of the empty columns, then save and re-upload the data source.
"Data sources must have an id for every row."
This error message means that there is a row inside the data source with no ID. Similarly, if you believe all rows have IDs, there can be some hidden data outside the data area. Delete some of the empty rows, save and re-upload, and the problem should be fixed.
