Creating awareness before the actual launch is a nice way of getting end-users' attention and to make the key messages come more easily across at launch. Influencers are also important to engage early on, so they'll support you in creating awareness and the value Templafy adds.
These pre-launch "teasers" can vary in number, communication channel/media, scope, when they're sent out etc., depending on your organisation.
We've created generic templates for each of the pre-launch teasers that you see below - please find them attached to this page.
#1 Soon, you’ll have access to all our on-brand content from within Office.
The purpose is to create an awareness, and to bring keywords link "on-brand" and "Office" to the end-users' attention. Some end-users are very much aware of the brand content they need to use and how they access it, while others don't even know that you provide them with on-brand content. The key is to make end-users aware of the fact that on-brand content actually exist, and that soon they'll have access to it from within Office.
#2 Be more productive in Office when creating documents and presentations
We often hear from end-users that they're not just interested in working on-brand, but being more productive in Office - to complete the "document journey" in the fastest and most professional way possible. The document journey starts with a need to create a specific document/presentation/email (or the like), finding it, adding relevant content to it - whether that be something that's provided in the Templafy solution or something they write or make themselves - and sending it off to the recipient. We help end-users be more productive, not just in Templafy but in Office in general.
What's in it for the end-users? "Be more productive when creating documents and presentations or writing emails, and (re)use ready-made slides and images or your own frequently used text phrases instead of having to create them yourself."
This is how our easy it is to work with our on-brand content using Templafy. Templafy support the end-users' current workflows, so they won't have to go look elsewhere for content any longer - it's right at their fingertips inside Office.
#3 Here's how easy it is to use our on-brand content
The key objective of this teaser is to show how Templafy actually works, i.e. to show the task pane in Office. We know from experience that once end-users sees the task pane, they get it and connect the dots between on-brand content and Office. It also help them know what to look for once Templafy launches, i.e. to look for the task pane, welcome it when they see it and know what it does right away. This lessens the need for end-user training too.
Mention go-live date, where and how to access it (auto-opens in Office) etc.
#4 Upgrade of <name of templates management solution> (to companies where this applies)
If you upgrade from another solution, explain what the added value of the new solution is. Consider only/primarily communicating this to power users of old solution.
