Templafy Desktop version 2.3.0.1130 or higher

1. Search for Templafy Desktop on your machine to launch Templafy Desktop client
   
   
2. Click on the tab Troubleshooting
3. Click on Show log files
   
   
   
   

   Direct path in File Explorer: %localappdata%\Templafy\Desktop\Logs

Templafy Desktop version below 2.3.0.1130 

1. Go to the Windows system tray.
2. Right click on the Templafy Desktop logo.
3. Choose About 
4. Click on Show log file 

Step by step guide on locating and sending Templafy Desktop logs

1. Start the Templafy Desktop application, you can do that by searching for it:
   
   
   
2. After that, type in Templafy Desktop and click the application as soon as it appears like the screenshot below:
   
   
3. As soon as it then opens up, you should be presented with a window that looks like this:
   
   
   
4. Then, you have to click the Troubleshooting tab, and then the Show log files button:
   
   
   
5. A File explorer window will then open, in this file explorer, press on one of the log files, then hit CTRL+A in that order, this should select all files within. Then right click on one of the files, hover over Send to and click compressed (zipped) folder
   
   
   
6. Then please attach the newly created ZIP folder to a reply mail, to this email.

How to locate Windows log files?

1. Go to Windows, and select start a search
   
2. Type Event Viewer Click it to open it.
   
3. When the Event viewer appears, browse to Windows logs, then select Application In order to export Windows Logs, right mouse click Application and select Save all events as
   
   

How to get Script Errors with Verbose logging? (JavaScript errors from Internet Explorer)

1. Download the Verbose log zip file from here
2. Execute the file Set - Verbose Logging
3. Open any Office application and save any errors you get
4. Once you are done, execute the file Unset - Verbose Logging to restore the settings back to normal
