Your user profile is used to create personalized documents with your information. If any of this information changes, you will need to edit your user profile. To do so, follow the steps shown below.
If you need to create documents on behalf of several departments or in several languages, it will be easier to create a profile for each department or language. For more information, see our article on multiple user profiles.
1. To edit a user profile, you must first go to the Templafy WebApp, which is located at www.yourcompany.templafy.com
2. Next, click on the three dots in the top right hand corner, and then 'manage user profiles'.
3. Click on the user profile which you wish to edit.
4. Make the changes to the relevant fields, and click 'save'. Your user profile will be updated accordingly.
