Files within the WebApp are able to be moved to different folders. The folders themselves can also be moved, enabling clear organization of all the information stored on the WebApp. Within the same level of a folder, files or sub-folders can be rearranged via dragging and dropping them, to change the order which they appear in.
To move a file or folder to a different organizational level, follow the below steps:
1. Go to the Administration section of the WebApp, and navigate to the file, or folder, which you wish to move.
2. Mark the tick box to the right side of the file, or folder, name. Please note that multiple files can be selected.
3. A button will then appear, labelled 'Move'. Click on this.
4. Navigate to the folder which you wish the file to move to, and click 'Paste'. The file, or folder, has now been moved to this location, and will appear there.
