Forms are used in dynamic templates. They are collections of text boxes the user has to fill out before downloading a document. The information they enter is then inserted into the document (using plug-ins) when it is downloaded.
As an admin, you're able to assign pre-existing forms to templates. However, only Super-Admins are able to create new forms or make changes current ones.
Example of a Form as seen by the end-user:
This is the Minutes Form, which will automatically insert the date and a reference (if filled out by the user) into the document. The same form can be assigned to any Word and a PowerPoint templates.
Other examples of forms are:
- Date only forms, which insert only the date into the document.
- Report Form, which will also insert the Report name and other relevant information.
