Known case sensitivity issues

Company data

In the following known cases, it is important to pay attention to case sensitivity in company data:

• The color theme in blob and data-source must be the exact same upper/lower cases (without .xml in data source).
• The logo file name must have exactly the same file name in the data source (including .png).

Client package

Folder names in the standard VSTO package must not be changed. This includes changing the case sensitivity of the folder names. Doing so will cause Templafy Desktop to fail the installation of the newer package.

Folder names for client package versions lower than v5.7.3.1788 should remain as below.

\LocalAppData\Templafy\AddIns\HtmlContent

\LocalAppData\Templafy\AddIns\Offline

\RegistryEntries

Folder names for client package version v5.7.3.1788 and higher should remain as below.

\LocalAppData\Templafy\AddIns\Library\HtmlContent
