Tagging your templates and resources is a great way of allowing your users to quickly and easily find the content they need. All templates and all resource libraries support tagging. If you use the Skyfish or Colourbox integration's, tagging will be automatically carried out based on information provided by Skyfish and Colourbox respectively.
To find out how to tag your files, watch the video or follow the screenshots below. To understand how to use the search function for tagged files, see our article on the matter.
Files can be tagged in the Templates/Libraries view
1. Choose "Libraries" from the Configuration menu
2. Tag whole presentations and/or individual slides and click save.
3. Tag images
Click on the image you want to tag. Write tags (green circle) and click save.
TIP: the name (red circle) is also used in searches
In the File and Folder management section the name of the file as it appears for the end-user can be edited. As default the name will be the same as the file name when uploaded.
