Recommended file settings
For images to be used in-Office in presentations etc.
- File type: .jpg
- Color type: RGB
- Resolution: 150 dpi
- File size: no more than 200 kb.
In addition, if an image is to be used as a background picture in a presentation, it is best to save it with dimensions that matches the format of the presentation (e.g. 16:9 or 4:3).
Find the Libraries section on the Configuration pane and use the Images library.
Click on the Upload images button and select the necessary file(s) from a direction or open the required folder first and use the Upload images button from there.
Close the pop-up window, the file will appear in the list of images. Now it's possible to tag it for easier search.
