If the above error message appears, it is because the plugin is unable to locate the data that it should insert.
Check the following points in order to solve this issue:
1. The user profile is correctly filled out, updated and saved. If it is commonly found that the user profiles are not filled out in their entirety, then the issue can be solved by making the relevant fields mandatory.
2. The data source selection ID is set to OFFICE in the configuration of the User Profile. This can be checked through selecting the 'Forms' tab in the Admin interface, and selecting the User Profile forms.
