Company data, such as addresses and date formats can be changed through the admin interface. These edits can be made either through the WebApp, or through downloading the data and using Microsoft Excel.
In order to do the latter, follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to the 'Company data' page in the Administration section of the WebApp.
2. Click on the Data Source which you wish to edit, and select the 'Download' option.
3. The Data source will download as an Excel file directly to your desktop.
4. Open the downloaded file, and make the necessary changes. These include adding new rows, columns, or amending the data already there. Please note that new columns can be added, but the titles of already existing columns cannot be changed.
5. When you have made all the necessary amendments, save the file.
6. Return to the Data Source on the WebApp, and Upload the edited version of the data, using the 'Upload' button.
7. Click 'Save' when you are satisfied with the edited document.
