Filters can make folders (and all files within) available for specific users only.
Filters can be based on:
- AD Usergroup
- any claim - eg. Department
How to apply a filter
Navigate to the folder you want to apply a filter on and click "settings" marked below by the red arrow.
Then add the filter to the pop up shown below
Examples of filters
Filter based on department claim
"Tax & Legal",
Filter based on e-mail (use 'comma' to separate each mail-address)

IMPORTANT NOTE: The filter can only contain maximum of 512 characters. If you are facing this issue, please contact your administrator.
