Edit User profile:
You can add a form field to a User Profile in the Form Editor. Go to the Forms tab of the Admin platform, and select 'User Profile'.
Form fields:
In the Form Editor, you can select New Field. This will open the form field configuration view. You can choose between different types of fields, e.g. textboxes, dropdowns, checkboxes and labels.
Insert User information from Active Directory:
If you have Single Sign-On set up in your Templafy solution, you can insert data directly from Active Directory in the user profile, e. g. department name.
Computed fields
Computed fields can provide the User Profile(s) with a name tag and a summary text. The default name My User profile is applied if the Formula field in ProfileName is empty.
If you want the profile name to be a reference to an editable form field in the User Profile, you can write %Profile.NameOfField% in the Formula field, e. g. %profile.name% if you want the user name to be displayed as the profile name.
