If you have just installed the Templafy Desktop, and then open Word/PowerPoint and the add-ins are not there (your Company tab is not visible), this can be due to the following reasons:
- MS Office programs were not closed or opened too quickly after the Templafy Desktop started.
- Templafy Desktop has not been installed
1. Office programs opened too quickly
It takes approximately 30-60 seconds for the Templafy Desktop to get the add-ins files and distribute these on the PC. If targeted MS Office programs are opened before the update is complete, then the add-ins will not be there.
2. Search for Templafy Desktop in the windows start menu. If it does not show, contact you local IT.
