On the Account information page, Admins can access:
Name: Name displayed in the User onboarding flow if no company logo is uploaded.
Primary contact: This is the person responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Templafy.
Additional contact information: Any other people who are responsible for Templafy use.
Service notifications: Add the email addresses for those who need to be notified in the case of any outages or issues with Templafy. Typically, this will be a shared inbox e.g. for your helpdesk, IT operations etc.
Product update notifications: Add the email addresses for all who wish to be kept up to date with Templafy’s new features.
State: Indicates the operational status of the tenant.
Partner: Implementation partner responsible for the implementation and support.
