What is the Templafy Email Signature Manager?
The Templafy Email Signature Manager is a cloud-based email signature management solution that operates within your enterprise security walls. It provides central management of all your enterprise’s email signatures including email campaigns and disclaimers.
To access the email signature manager, you need to login to the admin center, like shown below:
The Email Signature Manager is only one part of the whole email signature process as there has to be a way to append the signatures to the actual emails, which is done with the Templafy Outlook add-in and Templafy Email Signature Server for Office 365.
Templafy's Outlook Add-in appends the signature client-side and it only applies for Emails being sent from the on-premise version of Outlook in Windows machines.
Templafy's Email Signature Server for Office 365 appends the signature server-side and it's intended for emails being sent from the Mobiles Devices, Macs, and Outlook Online.
