Partner Access
The Partner Access feature gives customer Owners full control over how Templafy employees and Solution Partners gain access to their tenants. The process works as such:
- By default, all partners (authorized or unauthorized) have to request access to a customer tenant or a customer Owner can manually add them using the instructions in the Add partners section of this article
- When access is requested by a partner or when a customer Owner manually adds the partner, an expiration date is specified that dictates how long the partner has access to the tenant for
- If the customer wishes to give authorized partners instant access to the tenant for an indefinite or a specified period of time, the Partner Access feature can be enabled at any point in time:
- The Partner Access feature can also be turned off at any point in time
- When the partner access feature is turned off, all partners who gained instant access to the tenant will loose access
- If a partner still needs access to the tenant after the Partner Access feature is disabled, a customer Owner can manually adjust the expiration date for that partner in the Partner tab of the User section in the Admin center:
- An individual partner's access can be revoked using the instructions in the Revoked partners section
