This article will guide you through the setup of Aprimo integration.
Prerequisites

- Tenant admin/owner access
- Content Connectors module enabled
- An application must be registered in Aprimo via Administration > Integration > Registrations

How to configure Aprimo?
- Go to
Integrations
tab
- Go to
Available
tab
- Search for Aprimo
- Click
+
to proceed with the configuration
- Fill out the necessary configuration fields
- Display Name (required)
The name entered in this field will be displayed to the end-users
- Tenant Name (required)
For mycompany.aprimo.com
, the tenant name will be mycompany
- Root classification (optional)
- Language ID (optional)
- Select the desired Authentication type
Basic authentication
will display the same content to all users without login (organization's content)
OAuth 2 Authorization code with PKCE
will require user login and will display user specific content
- Based on the selected Authentication type, fill out the necessary configuration fields
- For
Basic authentication
:
- Username
- User Token
- Client ID
- For
OAuth 2 Authorization code with PKCE
:
- Hit

- It should be noted that content connector can have only one authentication type at a time, if several authentication types are required, several connectors should be set up.

- If the Aprimo Content Connector is utilizing
Authorization code with PKCE as an authentication type, the following should be noted:

When not logged in, the user will not be able to access any Aprimo content, the content will only be displayed once the login has been successful.
- If the user is already logged in on Aprimo side, the log in on Templafy side will be seamless as the token already exist
- If the user isn't already logged in on Aprimo side, the user will need to provide his Aprimo credentials to log in as the token cannot be found

If a user has multiple Aprimo accounts and needs to switch between these accounts, this can performed by login out and login again within the same browser, OR by opening a different browser (or icognito) and log in with the desired account.
