How to search in Libraries in the Admin Center?

This article will explain how the search function works for Admins working in the Admin Center of a Templafy tenant.

 

Prerequisites  

 

 

Search in Libraries

Templafy searches for the following: 

  • The name of the file 
  • The description of the file
  • The tags of the file
 
  • The slide content and speaker notes of PowerPoint files will also become keywords for the search in Presentations, Slides, and Slide elements Libraries (for templates and assets that were uploaded after May 13th, 2021). 

 

How to search in Libraries in the Admin Center?

  1. Navigate to the desired library or folder
  2. Type your keyword in the search bar
  3. Templafy Library will instantly display search results that match your query

  • Templafy search is working within a specific library or folder. It is not possible to search across libraries. 

  • When starting your search in a specific folder, Templafy will only search within this folder. To expand the search to the whole Library template or asset type, please click on "search in all template/asset name".
