How to set up a security filter and restrict access?
Restricting access is a security filter that will allow you to limit access to a folder to specific users and/or user groups.
- Select the desired folder
- Go in the Settings tab
- Click on
Edit
next to Restrict Access (Security) - Add the desired Users/User groups
- Click
Save

How to set up a target audience filter?
Target audience is a convenience filter that will allow you to limit access to a folder based on user profile information.
- Select the desired folder
- Go in the Settings tab
- Click on
Edit
next to Target Audience - Add the desired Criteria/Conditions
- Click
Save
In the above example, the folder will only be visible to the users that have chosen "Sales" as a department, and either "Denmark" or "Germany" as a Country in their user profile.
