How to remove the user created signatures

This article will explain how to remove user-created signatures from applications and devices once the Templafy Email signature module is enabled. This includes the following: 

• Outlook Online (Outlook Web Access)
• Outlook on Mac
• iPhone Native Mail Application
• Outlook Mobile Application

Prerequisites

Outlook Online (Outlook Web Access)

1. Navigate to office.com and login.
2. Make sure that there is no signature designed in Outlook Online like below:
   
   

Outlook on Mac

1. Open Outlook application and select the menu:
   
   
2. Navigate to "Signatures" settings:
   
   
   
3. Make sure that "None" is selected as the assigned signature for New Messages as well as Replies/Forwards:

iPhone Native Mail Application

1. Navigate to iPhone Settings section
2. Navigate to signature settings of the Mail application like below:
   
   

Outlook Mobile Application

1. Navigate to the Outlook Mobile Application and delete the signature like below:
