As an author of a document you can set the security level to Specific people when you want the strongest security setting for your shared document.

What is the security level: Specific people?

First of all, this security level is the strongest option and can be used to share document's outside your organization. When a document is shared with this chosen security level, the recipient receives an email with a link. When clicking on this link, the system generates a verification code which is sent to the recipient's email address. The recipient will get access, when they've validated the code. 

How to set the security level to Specific people? 

1. Go to document settings
2. In the Security tab, select the option called Specific people in the dropdown Who should view this document
3. Click Save
