What is Manage documents?

Manage documents consist of all documents you have shared and they are naturally ordered with the newest shared documents on top. After you have shared a document from either of the sharing options, your document will always be placed in the Manage document tab. In your overview, you can select two main tabs: Received and Sent.

Received documents

In Received documents, you can view:

  • Document name
  • Status
  • Sender
  • First date shared

Furthermore, from the ellipsis menu, you can view and/or download the document.

Sent documents

In Sent documents you can view:

  • Document name
  • Status
  • Participants
  • Openings
  • Activity
  • First date shared

Furthermore, from the ellipsis menu, you can view and/or download the document.

Document name

This will display the document title either the pre-populated one based on the name of your document when uploading, or the changed document title upon upload. Below the document title, you will see a small status either Published or Unpublished.

First date shared

First date shared gives you the time and date of when this document was first shared. The time displayed is local time of your location from when it was shared.

Recipients

Number of recipients will be displayed here. To view who they are, you click on the document and locate the Recipients tab on the Insights page.

Openings

Number of times your document has been opened by a recipient will be displayed here. To see openings per recipients, you need to navigate to View insights for more data.
