How to use filters in Insights and Activity

In this article, we will explain how to utilize the filters in the Insights and Activity tabs. By utilizing these filters you will be able to narrow down the results to your wishes. 

 

 
  • This article will refer to the experience you see from your Engage page in the browser. 

 

What are the filters available in Insights and Activity?

  • The Recipient filter is available in both Insights and Activity tab and will allow you to restrict the results to one single recipient out of the full recipient list.

  • The Sessions filter is available in the Insights tab and will allow you to restrict the results to one single session once a recipient has been chosen. 

  • The Activity types filter is available in the Activity tab and will allow you to restrict the results to a specific type of activity for all recipients or a single recipient. Activity types can be sessions, comments, prints, or downloads. 

 

Using the filters in the Insights tab

  1. Access the Insights tab
  2. Select a recipient
  3. Select a session

  1. Access the Activity tab
  2. Select a recipient and/or an activity type
