In this article, we will explain how the recipient tab is working and what actions can be performed with this tab.
What is the Recipients tab?
The Recipient tab will give you access to a list of all the recipients the chosen document has been shared with. By default, you will the email address of the recipient, when the document was shared with the specific recipient (date and time), how many time did the recipient open the document, the possibility to get Insights for the specific recipient, as well as the possibility to perform other actions recipient specific.
What are the options available on a recipient level?
- View insights for the recipient (will open the Insight tab and the results will be filtered for the specific recipient)
- Revoke access to the document for the recipient
- Resend the document to the recipient via email
- Copy the recipient-specific link to the document
