How to enable Email Signature for 365?
Before synchronizing to Email Signature server, you need to enable the Email Signature for 365 module. This require Owner rights on the Templafy tenant in question.
- Navigate to
Modules
section in the Admin Center - Go to
Available
tab and search for Email Signature for Office 365 - Click
Activate
- Now that the module is enabled you can jump to the guide below explaining how to synchronize the SAS link.
What is Shared Access Signature (SAS) link?
The SAS link is a link to the Email Signature Server Azure Blob storage used for synchronizing generated signatures.
- A Shared Access Signature is a signed URI that points to one or more storage resources. The URI includes a token that contains a special set of query parameters. The token indicates how the resources may be accessed by the client.

How to synchronize the SAS link?
- Navigate to the
Email Signature
section in the Admin Center - Click on
More actions
ellipsis menu in the top right corner - Click on
Settings
- Click on
Edit
- Paste in your SAS link
- Click
Save
- Hit
Synchronize now
- You will get a status message with a time stamp, once the synchronization has completed and is validated
Notifications
Enable notification for end-users, if they need an email notification either when they complete the onboarding or when their user profile requires an update.
