Prerequisites

How to add Email Domains?

1. Navigate to Email Signatures section
2. Click on the More Actions ellipsis menu in the top right corner
3. Click on Settings
4. Click Edit
5. Click on the text field and type in a valid domain
   
   

How to delete Email Domains? 

1. Follow steps 1-4 from above
2. Click on the 'x' on the Email Domain that's been added
3. If the Email Domain is being used, the following warning is displayed: 
   
   
   
   
4. Click Cancel or Confirm
