How to distribute the email signature web add-in?
- Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal (https://admin.microsoft.com)
- Click

Integrated apps
- Click on the button
Deploy Add-in
- Click on
Next
- Choose
Upload custom apps
- Select
Choose file
- Select the manifest file from your computer that has been sent by Templafy
- Click
Upload
- Before completing the deployment, you can assign users. You will be met with different options:
- Deploying to
Everyone
- Deploying to
Specific users/user groups
- Deploying to
Just me
- Deploying to
- After choosing the users, select the preferred deployment method. We recommend the default option.
- Click
Deploy
