What can the annotation tools do?
The annotation tools will allow you to add comments on documents. The annotation tools will be accessible at the top of the document when viewing it.

How to use the annotation tools?
- Select the desired annotation tool
- Select, highlight or draw the area you would like to comment
- Enter your comment

Where can the annotation tools be found?
The annotation tools are available when viewing a document. At any point in time, you can go into your documents to add annotations. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Go to Manage documents
- If you are the author of the document, go to the
Received
tab - If you are a participant of the document, go to the
Sent
tab
- If you are the author of the document, go to the

Click
View document
in the ellipsis menu on the right, when you hover over the file
- Use the annotations tools available in the PDF viewer, to annotate the document
