When sharing a document via Engage, the author and the participants of the document can collaborate together through a viewer. The viewer contains several functionalities:
- Document overview
- Navigation and zoom
- Document search
- Annotations tools and comment threads
- Download/Print the document
Document overview
The side panel will provide an overview of the document.

Navigation and zoom
You can navigate through the document and optimize the view to your preferences.

Navigate through the pages by clicking on the arrows or manually enter the desired page number |

Zoom in (+) or out (-) of the document, adapt the view to fit the full page or the full width |
Document search
You can search the content of the document.
|
|
Search for the content of the document and narrow down the results by using case sensitive or whole word options |
Annotations tools and comment threads
Collaborate on the document with the participants with the annotation tools and the comment threads.

Reply, resolve or reopen comment threads |

Print/Download the document
Print or download the shared document through the Other options menu.
