This article will explain how to setup different signatures based on audience type (internal/external). A signature part rule can be applied to either internal audiences, external, or both.
Prerequisites

How to add/remove Internal Recipient domains
- Navigate to the Email Signatures section
- Click on the
More Options
ellipsis menu in the top right corner - Click on
Settings
- Go down to
Internal Recipient Domains
- To add a domain click the box and type the domain you would like to add, hit enter then save
- To remove a domain click the x next to the domain you would like to remove then hit save

How to configure audience in your new signature part rule
- Navigate to the Email Signatures section.
- Click either:
Signatures
/Top campaigns
/Bottom campaigns
/Disclaimers
- Click on the blue
Create
button - Enter information in the pop-up
- From the
Target Audience
dropdown, you can choose whether this email signature part applies to:
- All messages
- Internal messages only
- External messages only
How to configure audience in your existing signature part rule
- Navigate to Email Signatures section
- Select your existing signature part
- In the pane on the right hand side select edit under the
Configuration
section - From the
Target Audience
dropdown, you can choose whether this email signature part applies to:
- All messages
- Internal messages only
- External messages only
How to view configured audience in your existing signature part rule
You can view your configured audience directly from the main page of your existing signature part. The last tab in the signature list will show the audience that it is configured for.
