How to edit a question from the response form?

This article will explain how to edit questions, headers, and descriptions in the response form of the Template Designer.

Prerequisites

Library and at least one Dynamics modules enabled
Templafy Desktop and Office VSTO add-in installed
Tenant admin/owner access or Space owner access

How to edit questions from the response form?

When building the response form, editing a question that was previously added might be required.

In the Template Designer, navigate to the Form tab
Click on Edit in the ellipsis menu of the question that should be edited
Make the desired edits to the question
Click Save

The question type and the Reference name cannot be edited, the question must be deleted and recreated if edits are required.
