What is the Email Signature onboarding flow in the Admin Center?
The onboarding flow for the Email Signature Manager will provide a short step-by-step process in order to ensure that admins are supported in providing the technical information required to configure the module properly.
What are the steps of the onboarding flow?
The onboarding flow consists of three main steps
Step 1: Configure your email provider
By choosing between Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, Templafy can ensure that the relevant options will be displayed in the settings as well as within the configurations of the email signature parts.
Step 2: Set up the email domains
The email domains required in this step of the onboarding flow are necessary in order for Templafy to be aware of which email domains should it generate signatures for. Once the email domains are added, they will be accessible in the settings. Also, while editing email signature parts, the admin will be able to set which email domains should benefit from which email signature parts.
Step 3: Configure your email signature solution
This step will support the admin to configure the email signature solution provided in step 1:
Configure Microsoft 365
Enable Microsoft 365 Outlook web add-ins
Allow users to access their Templafy email signature from with the Email Signature in Office Online and Mac.
Email Signature Server for Microsoft 365
Finalize the step up of Email Signature Server by adding the required SAS link.
Provide your Google credentials
Enter the service account credentials necessary to benefit from Email Signatures in Google Workspace.
