When the embedded fonts are not installed on your machine
When the fonts embedded in the slides/presentations are not installed on your machine, you might see one of the following errors when trying to insert the slides into your presentation from the Templafy task pane.
- Slides will fail to insert if this error is shown.
- Slides will insert is this error is shown, but the presentation will only be in "Read only" mode. PowerPoint editing functionality will be disabled.
When the embedded fonts are installed on your machine
When the fonts embedded in the slides/presentations are installed on your machine, you should be able to insert without any issues.
How do I know if there are embedded fonts in my slides/presentation?
To test if slides/presentations contain embedded fonts, you can open them from the Templafy Admin Center on a machine that only has standard fonts installed with Windows.
