Templafy Product Rebrand

Templafy has introduced a visual rebrand, which includes updates to our logo, colors, and fonts. The rebrand went live within the product on October 1, 2024.

  Note

  • There were no changes to user functionality, only visual updates.
  • Updates to Templafy Desktop and VSTO add-ins are optional, and updates to web add-ins occurred automatically.

Visual Updates

  • New logo replaced old logo and app icon.

  • Two of our colors were updated in the design system.

    • Primary blue changed hue slightly.

    • Secondary dark blue desaturated into a greyscale.

  • Font was updated from Roboto to Open Sans.

  • Loaders were updated to spinners.

What happens to Templafy brand elements in Templafy Desktop?
Templafy Desktop Host will remain on the old branding until a new deployment is scheduled. A new deployment is not required and is up to the client when to push to end-user devices.
How do I ensure full consistency of new branding across Templay tools?
Web Add-ins: occurred automatically on October 1.
Library/Email Signature VSTO: if on the 'Stable' track, updated on October 1.
Productivity Plus: if on the 'Stable' track, updated on November 5.
Templafy Desktop Client: if on the 'Stable' track, updated on November 5.
Templafy Desktop Host: will only be updated with a new deployment from client IT.
