How to remove user created signatures

This article explains how to remove user-created signatures from applications and devices.

  Prerequisites

  • At least one of the Email Signature modules enabled.

  Note

Templafy VSTO and Web Add-ins will take precedence over native Outlook signatures if the Add-ins have already been deployed. This action is mainly needed when Templafy Email Signature Server is in use to avoid duplicate signatures.
