This article explains how to remove user-created signatures from applications and devices.
Prerequisites

NoteTemplafy VSTO and Web Add-ins will take precedence over native Outlook signatures if the Add-ins have already been deployed. This action is mainly needed when Templafy Email Signature Server is in use to avoid duplicate signatures. |
Classic Outlook
Removing Signatures Manually
- Open Outlook.
- Select File, Options, Mail, Signatures.
- Delete any existing signatures or make sure the "New messages" and "Replies/forwards" default signature is set to (none).
Removing Signatures in Bulk
- A PowerShell script can be used to backup and then delete all signature files used by Outlook on PC from a machine for a logged-in user.
- The script can be deployed by Microsoft Endpoint Manager or Group Policy.
Outlook Online / New Outlook
- Open outlook.office.com or New Outlook.
- Select the Settings gear icon in the top left.
- Navigate to Account, then Signatures.
- Delete any existing signatures or make sure the "New messages" and "Replies/Forwards" default signature is set to (No signature).
Outlook on Mac
- Open Outlook.
- Select Outlook, then Settings in the top tool bar.
- Under Email, select Signatures.
- Delete any existing signatures or make sure the "New messages" and "Replies/forwards" default signature is set to None.
iPhone Native Mail Application
- Navigate to iPhone Settings.
- Search for the Mail app and remove contents under Signature.
Outlook Mobile Application
- Navigate to the Outlook Mobile Application and select Settings.
- Under Quick Settings select Signature and remove contents.
