Release Notes
1.1.0.2 - May 2025
- Email Signature Manifest app domains contain slashes and causing issues on Android: We have fixed an issue, where some of the App Domains listed were containing a trailing slash, which is against the Microsoft rules. This was causing issues on Outlook for Android.
1.1.0.1 - February 2024
- Update Web Add-in to support shared mailboxes scenario: When using Outlook Online to access shared mailboxes, users have reported issues with the web add-in not appearing in the ribbon. This has resulted in the signature being saved for the initial user who logged in and then displayed for any other user accessing the mailbox. This problem persists until the signature expires, which is after 1 month or 1 year (depending on the settings). To address this issue on the manifest's side, the manifest has been updated to ensure that the web add-in is available in the ribbon at all times. Furthermore, the updated manifest has improved the structure of the add-in, based on official recommendations, to provide a more stable user experience. It also enables future developments based on the "From" field changes.
1.1.0.0 - January 2024
- Add support for Mobiles in Outlook Web Add-in: Outlook Web Add-in now allows signature insertion in Outlook for Mobiles, both on Android and iOS devices. This is now possible with a new manifest for the Web Add-in, version 1.1.0.0. To get the new manifest, use the new "Include support for mobile devices" feature when downloading the manifest. The support in Outlook for Mobile is limited to automatic signatures when new messages are being created/replied to.
