How to locate Templafy Desktop log files
Templafy Desktop version 2.3.0.1130 or higher
- Search for Templafy Desktop on your machine to launch Templafy Desktop client
- Click on the tab

Step by step guide on locating and sending Templafy Desktop logs
- Start the Templafy Desktop application, you can do that by searching for it:
- After that, type in
Templafy Desktop
and click the application as soon as it appears like the screenshot below:
- As soon as it then opens up, you should be presented with a window that looks like this:
- Then, you have to click the

tab, and then theShow log files
button:
- A File explorer window will then open, in this file explorer, press on one of the log files, then hit
CTRL+A
in that order, this should select all files within. Then right click on one of the files, hover overSend to
and clickcompressed (zipped) folder

- Go to Windows, and select start a search
- Type
Event Viewer
Click it to open it.
- When the Event viewer appears, browse to Windows logs, then select
