Email Signature Onboarding Flow
The onboarding flow refers to an interface in which User Profile information can be created or edited and it is used for setting up and previewing the user's email signature.
Accessing Email Signature Web Add-in
NoteApplies to Outlook Online, Outlook Desktop for Mac, New Outlook, and Outlook Desktop for PC if Email Signature VSTO Add-in is not enabled. |
If a user accesses the Email Signature Web Add-in for the first time, a sign-in prompt will be displayed upon email composition.
If a user has not completed the onboarding flow (User Profile is not filled out), they will be notified to do so via the task pane. Clicking on Edit user profile will allow a user to complete the onboarding flow.
If a user has interacted with the sign-in prompt, but still has not filled out their User Profile, they will see the corresponding message the next time they compose an email.
