This article explains how links to folders, templates, or assets can be shared to admins or users of a tenant. This might come very handy for admins to draw attention to end-users towards a new piece of content that was recently uploaded or updated in the Library, or to request an update of the content to another admin. Depending on the context and the type of content to be shared, a different flow will be followed.
Prerequisites
- Library module enabled.
-
Space owner or Member access to the Templafy tenant.
- The recipient of the link has access to the template/asset/folder.
|
Important
- It should be noted that the links will only be accessible in the browser (Web App and Admin Center). It is not possible to directly access a folder, template, asset with a link when using the Library Add-ins or Google Library.
- If the tenant owner, tenant admin, space owner, or end-user does not have access to the template/asset/folder shared with them, a 'Not found' error message will be displayed.
