This article will explain the different roles and access levels available on a Templafy tenant on Hive. The four roles are tenant user, tenant admin, tenant owner, and space owner.

End-user access
Depending on what has been made available on the Templafy tenant, tenant end-users will be able to, but are not limited to:
- access Templafy in browser (WebApp & Email signature).
- access application in Office programs and Office Online.
- manage and add personal User Profiles.
NoteBy default, tenant users cannot access the Admin Center unless they are Space owners. |
Admin Center access
Tenant admin, tenant owner, and space owner can perform any tenant users' actions mentioned above. Additionally, they can all access the Admin Center.
