How to preview the response form that will be displayed to the users

This article explains how to preview the response form in Template Designer while building the questions required to populate the smart template.

How to preview the response form

When building the response form, it might be useful to preview its look and feel in order to anticipate how it will be displayed to end-users. Also, previewing the response form will allow verifying if the set options such as help texts, default value, filters, and others, are working as expected. 

1. In Template Designer, open the Form tab.
2. At the bottom of the side pane, click Preview form. This opens the response form in the document creation flow, simulating the end-user experience when creating a document:
   
   
   

   Note If some questions are not behaving as expected, they can always be reordered, edited, or deleted.
