How to delete a question from the response form

This article explains how to delete questions, headers, and descriptions in the response form.

General information

A question (or header/description) can be deleted through the ellipsis menu or while editing the question.

Delete a question through the ellipsis menu

1. In Template Designer, open the Form tab.
2. Click the ellipsis of the question that you want to delete, then click Delete:
   

    

   Important This action cannot be undone.

Delete a question while editing

1. In Template Designer, open the Form tab and edit the question you want to delete.
2. Click Delete:
