How to delete questions from the response form

When building the response form, removing a question that was previously added might be required. A question can be deleted through the ellipsis menu or while editing the question. 

Deleting a question through the ellipsis menu

1. In the Template Designer, navigate to the Form tab
2. Click on Delete in the ellipsis menu of the question that should be edited

Deleting a question while editing it

1. In the Template Designer, navigate to the Form tab
2. Click on Edit in the ellipsis menu of the question that should be deleted
3. Click Delete
