This article will explain the Licenses section in the Admin Center of a Templafy tenant.

Licenses tab
The Licenses tab is a centralized location for owners and admins to see activated modules and how many users are currently assigned to it. It can be viewed within the Templafy admin center by tenant owners and tenant admins, navigate to:
- Go to Modules page
- Select the Licenses tab
The Licenses table contains the following fields:
- Module: The Module column lists all the modules that are currently activated for the tenant.
- Assigned licenses: The assigned licenses column lists the assigned licenses per module and does not reflect the licenses that have been purchased.
NoteThe icon allows updating the assigned licenses. |
The user count will only display a specific number of users if the module is targeted to specific users. Modules that cannot be targeted or have every user on the tenant assigned to it will show "Everyone".
Each user will only count as one license, no matter how often that user is assigned to the same module. E.g. if a user is part of multiple groups that are assigned to the same module, that user will only count for one license.
NoteIf you see an unexpected number of users assigned to a module, the cause could be that those users are automatically provisioned to Templafy via SCIM. |
