About this article

Prerequisites

Option #2 - Utilize Advanced options for OpenID Connect

Only one OpenID Connect Templafy SSO application can be added per Microsoft Entra ID tenant. However, this application can be used across multiple Templafy tenants. In the configuration of the authentication method within Templafy, the Advanced options can be used to direct specific users to one tenant against another.

Option #3 - Utilize Advanced options for SAML2

Only one SAML2 Templafy SSO application can be added per Microsoft Entra ID tenant. However, this application can be used across multiple Templafy tenants.

In the configuration of the SAML2 Templafy SSO application, ensure the following:

  • As many Reply URLs are added according to the cluster of each Templafy tenant
  • The Sign on URL references all Templafy tenants in a comma separated list (with no spaces)

Then, in the configuration of the authentication method within Templafy, the Advanced options can be used to direct specific users to one tenant against another.
