Templafy Support Chatbot

The bot is designed to provide instant assistance, answer common questions, and help streamline the support experience for our customers.

What can I ask the Support Chatbot?

The bot scrapes all public facing articles on the Templafy Help center to return the most accurate information. Any information not included in the Help center will not be known by the Bot.

What are the limitations?

The bot cannot perform functions that a Templafy representative might typically assist with. Such actions include:

  • Activating/disabling modules.
  • Setting up authentication methods.
  • Answering questions about a specific tenant.

Can I create a Support request with the Chatbot?

Yes! After asking a question, the bot will attempt to respond and will ask the user if they need more assistance. Clicking Yes, please will trigger the escalation flow and once completed a ticket will be created and sent to a Templafy Support Agent.
