The support ticket form is missing dropdown options and when clicking the Submit button, an "Access to support.templafy.com was denied" "http error 403" error is shown in Microsoft Edge:

- Ensure Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended) is enabled in Microsoft Edge. If not, enable, restart the Edge browser and try again:
- If the Microsoft Edge policy LocalNetworkAccessRestrictionsEnabled is enabled, whitelisting of https://support.templafy.com/hc/en-us would be required.
- If there are security or network software apps in use which restrict or control websites, whitelisting of https://support.templafy.com/hc/en-us would be required.
- There is a Zendesk guide on configuring your firewall for use with Zendesk.
Should it not be possible to resolve access via the Microsoft Edge browser, the workaround would be to use a different web browser such as Google Chrome.
